Answers the phone 24/7 and books into your calendar for a fraction of a receptionist.
The economics are hard to argue with: roughly a dollar an hour of coverage against about twenty for a receptionist, and it books rather than takes messages. It is genuinely weaker on noisy lines, unusual requests and callers who want a person immediately. We own this company.
